in the Aerospace market alone MPS has developed to become one of the key providers of safety critical components for most of the engine marques powering everything from small executive jets to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

A wide range of plasma, oxy-fuel powder and oxy-fuel wire coatings can be applied to complex components in order to offer exceptional wear, corrosion and thermal resistance in the most demanding high temperature applications.

Our thermal spraying process enables metallic, ceramic, cermet and plastic coatings to be precisely and consistently applied without raising bulk component temperature above 150°C. We can also undertake dry lubricant, polyurethane and enamel spraying alongside water based corrosion resistant coating.

In addition, our acquisition of  Grindrite Ltd and sunsequent integration into MPS allows us to exploit expertise in machining, grinding and non-destructive testing to deliver proven, single-source solutions that help to minimise the lead times and costs of every project.
